    LESLIE HANSON

    Leslie is the founder of Equally Created and has a background in Early Childhood Education. Passionate about equity, she leads the organization with a mission to provide children with a loving, diverse learning environment. Leslie is consistently involved in the community, advocating for Early Childhood Education and its importance in shaping the future. Her vision is to continue to create opportunities for children to see and appreciate the beauty in each individual, fostering respect, dignity, and inclusivity for all.

    SHERRIL CARTER

    With years of experience in Early Childhood Education and running her own at-home childcare, Sherril oversees the South Nashville location, ensuring high-quality care while supporting teachers and families. Her hands-on experience as a childcare provider gives her a deep understanding of early learning and family needs, allowing her to create a nurturing and enriching environment for children, families, and educators. Sherril is passionate about supporting families in need of care and values building personal connections with everyone she serves.

    TIFFANY CHAPMAN

    Tiffany leads the Bellevue location, ensuring high-quality care and enriching learning experiences for children. With experience running her own in-home childcare center in Bellevue, she brings expertise in early childhood development, curriculum planning, and family engagement. Her hands-on approach supports teachers in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive. Tiffany is passionate about building strong family relationships and providing individualized care to help each child grow and succeed.

    CURRICULUM & MARKETING COORDINATOR

    HALEE JOHNSON

    With eight years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including work with Reggio, Montessori, and traditional curriculums, a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and experience as an ABA Therapist, Halee guides the implementation of the curriculum while aligning it with Equally Created’s mission. She focuses on active learning and child-centered experiences, assisting teachers in effectively carrying out the curriculum. Additionally, Halee manages all marketing efforts to share Equally Created’s mission with the broader community.

    JORDAN BALDWIN

    Jordan manages enrollment and administrative operations at Equally Created, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for families as they join our community. From initial inquiries to completing paperwork and scheduling tours, Jordan supports each step of the onboarding process with care and efficiency. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, they bring a strong understanding of both organizational systems and family needs. Their attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to operational excellence help create a seamless transition for new families and allow our team to focus on what matters most.

With over five years of experience in early childhood education, youth development, and trauma-informed practices, India offers a compassionate, structured approach that aligns perfectly with Equally Created’s mission.
